Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (lockout situation, lock type, time of day, tenure, danger, spare-key, smart-lock app, roadside, building-staff and keys-inside flags; locksmith service, quantity, lock grade, after-hours, holiday, city cost tier, trip fee and quoted price; your yes/no answers about a locksmith encounter: legal name, written quote, marked vehicle, ID, license, drilling, cash only, price change, generic name, refusal to quote, phone and arrival quotes, state licensing; reason for lock work, lock count, condition, current grade, smart-lock interest, keys-had-address flag; home type, household size, trusted-people count, lockouts last year, travel frequency, pets-or-kids flag, budget; your first name, city or neighborhood, proof-of-residence type, vehicle make and model and extra questions) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, GPS location, lockbox location or code. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to locksmiths, landlords, roadside services or directories. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, city and vehicle are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
